Counselling
Many professional psychologists who identify as Christian choose to bring their faith into their work, along with evidence-based psychological practices. At Cell Church Connection we offer counselling from a Christian perspective, where therapy and Biblical principles are combined together to help a range of challenges including anxiety, stress and relationship problems.

The benefits of Life Coaching and Mentoring
Life Coaching and Mentoring are recognised as valuable tools to support personal growth and professional development. They promote confidence and self-awareness to enable you gain deeper insights into your own strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs. Decision making becomes easier when you understand your limitations as well as the full extent of your capabilities.
You are probably familiar with how business organisations use long-term goals and management tools to help achieve growth in the marketplace. Life Coaching and Mentoring use many of these same principles and simply translate them into a simplified format for use by the individual.
With their experience and training, the competent coach and mentor will support you and help you reach greater potential in life. They use goal setting and accountability to encourage you to set Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound (SMART) goals, and remain available to support you, as you seek to achieve these important goals, dreams and life changes.
limiting self-beliefs can become an obstacle to progress. Life coaches and mentors help you identify your personal barriers and to find solutions and ways to overcome them, by providing encouragement, support and affirmation, helping you stay motivated, focused and confident in your abilities. It smooths your path to progress and offers support to resolve those ‘bumps in the road’.
Christian life coaching and mentoring integrates Christian beliefs and principles into the coaching process. It helps align your goals and objectives with your personal faith and beliefs. Today many church leaders are recognising the value of having a trained coach and mentor come alongside individual members of their congregation. There are many examples of coaching and mentoring in the Bible. Moses was coached by his father-in-law Jethro, to change his work habits and spread the weight of responsibility with others, so that he could sustain his leadership role and prevent personal burnout. Moses in turn coached and mentored Joshua to be his successor. The apostle Paul was encouraged, affirmed and established in his ministry by Barnabas and Paul in turn took Timothy under his wing and oversaw his leadership development.
While life coaching and mentoring benefits may vary for each individual, it has proven to be a powerful tool for personal growth, increased self-awareness, improved relationships and sense of fulfilment. Sometimes we need that support to help bring clarity and direction for reaching goals and fulfilling our potential in life.
How can it benefit you today?
